For those who want to avoid a trip to the mailbox or post office, here is a way to complete your membership application online and by fax.
First,

to get the application form and print it out. You may need to get the latest version of
Adobe Acrobat Reader
.
Next, complete the form, including signature and lower portion (if under 18 yrs of age).
Next, fax the form (and copy of birth certificate, if required, to
315-736-2832
. Don't worry if you hear someone answer or get the answering machine message. The fax will come through.
Next,
click here
to pay by PayPal online. Choose the "Send Money" tab at that website.
Be sure to specify whose membership is being paid for in the Notes area of the PayPal form
. There will be an additional $1.50 fee to use this method, so send $26.50 for each membership to my PayPal user name
